通过单因素试验研究了水灰比、水泥种类及硅灰、偏高岭土、粉煤灰、石英粉掺量对泡沫混凝土基体砂浆强度的影响规律,得到其基体强度各组分的最优掺量,在此基础上掺入水基泡沫制备了满足C30强度要求的轻质泡沫混凝土,给出了泡沫掺量对容重及强度的影响规律。结果表明,水灰比为0.18时,峨胜P·O 42.5R水泥在该胶凝体系中有较好强度表现,此时硅灰、粉煤灰、石英粉用量相当于胶凝材料总量的:10%、10%、60%,基体强度可超过100MPa,所制备的30MPa泡沫混凝土密度可降低至1510kg/m3。
The effects of water cement ratio, cement type and mortar content of silica fume, metakaolin, fly ash and quartz powder on the mortar strength of foam concrete substrate were studied by single factor test, and the optimum dosage of each component of matrix strength was obtained. On this basis, the lightweight foam concrete which meets the requirement of C30 strength was prepared by incorporating water-based foam, and the effect of foam content on the bulk density and strength was also given. The results show that when the water-cement ratio is 0.18, the E-Sheng P · O 42.5R cement has good strength performance in the cementitious system. At this time, the amount of silica fume, fly ash and quartz powder is equivalent to the total amount of cementitious material : 10%, 10%, 60%, the substrate strength can exceed 100MPa, the prepared 30MPa foam concrete density can be reduced to 1510kg / m3.
