目的探讨~(131)I在核医学分装和使用过程中对工作场所γ辐射水平的影响。方法通过使用RSS-131型高压电离室对四家核医学单位工作场所进行连续γ辐射剂量率测量。结果通过连续γ辐射剂量率测量,可了解到~(131)I在核医学分装和使用过程中对工作场所γ辐射水平的影响。结论在核医学应用中,应进一步加强辐射管理,集中服用~(131)I放射性药物的辐射管理模式更符合辐射防护最优化原则。
Objective To investigate the effect of ~ (131) I on γ radiation in the workplace during the packing and using of nuclear medicine. Methods Continuous gamma radiation dose rate measurements were performed on four nuclear medicine unit workplaces using the RSS-131 high pressure ionization chamber. Results The effect of ~ (131) I on γ radiation levels in the workplace during nuclear medicine repackaging and use was obtained by measuring the dose rate of continuous γ radiation. Conclusion In the application of nuclear medicine, radiation management should be further strengthened, and the radiation management mode of 131I radioactive drugs should be more consistent with the principle of radiation protection optimization.
