我国新闻出版业的人才结构不合理,在知识结构上学文的多,学理工特别是学经济和管理的少;在岗位设置上,搞编辑工作的多,搞经营管理的少;在专业分工上,搞发稿的多,搞选题策划的少;在领导来源上,来自编辑业务一线的多,来自经营管理部门的少;在内部组织上,偏重编辑室的多,偏重营销部门的少;在对外交流上,能出差、出国的多,能谈判、能买卖版权的少。改变现有的人才结构,使“过时”的人才,尽快转变为“应时”的人才,是人才工作和教育培训工作的新的目标。大力推进出国培训,是我国新闻出版产业发挥“后发优势”,赶超发达国家不可缺少的人才培养之路。
The structure of talent in the press and publication industry in our country is irrational.
