目的为黄花败酱的野外调查、收集提供形态学依据。方法以黄花败酱2个居群、每个居群30个单株为材料,对2个形态学性状的多样性进行了分析。结果 2个居群总遗传多样性指数为2.022,遗传多样性主要集中于居群内(96.44%),而居群间的遗传变异(3.56%)相对较小;不同取样梯度下遗传多样性指数随单株取样数目的增加呈现增大趋势,但当取样数目达到22株时,遗传多样性指数达到最高值。结论对黄花败酱野外调查、收集时,应以居群为单位,而且每一居群至少应调查、收集22个单株,才能代表居群的遗传多样性。
Purpose for the wild defeat sauce field survey collected to provide morphological basis. Methods Two populations of Daphne cathaica and 30 individuals of each population were used as materials to analyze the diversity of two morphological traits. Results The total genetic diversity index of the two populations was 2.022, and the genetic diversity was mainly concentrated in the population (96.44%), while the genetic variation among the populations (3.56%) was relatively small. The genetic diversity index With the number of samples per plant increased, the genetic diversity index reached the highest when the number of samples reached 22. Conclusion In the field investigation and collection, the population should be population-based, and at least 22 individuals should be investigated in each population to represent the genetic diversity of the population.
