第一条为了贯彻「发展生产,繁荣经济,公私兼顾,劳资两利」的经济政策与劳动政策,特制定本办法。经二条本办法适用一切私营工商企业。第三条私营企业主(以下简称资方)与被僱用之工人、职员、店员、学徒及杂务人员(以不简称劳方)之间的关系,凡属本办法未规定者,得由劳资双方协议,答定集体合同或劳动契约规定之。但集体合同或劳动契约不得与本办法之内容相抵触。附注:集体合同系为规定劳资双方之权利义务的一定时间的画面合同,在同一行业之劳资双方,可订立同一行业或产业之总的集体合同,在一个工厂企业中的劳资双方亦可订立单独的集体合同。劳动 Article 1 These Measures are formulated in order to carry out the economic and labor policies of “developing production, economic prosperity, taking both public and private interests into account, and working both ways and capital.” The two methods apply to all private industrial and commercial enterprises.
