用邻苯三酚在碱性条件下自氧化产生的超氧阴离子自由基(O_2~(?))对红细胞膜的过氧化损伤作用为研究模型,探讨银耳多糖对红细胞膜的保护作用。结果表明,银耳多糖对红细胞膜有抗氧化作用,表现为膜蛋白交联作用减少;膜流动性趋于正常,红细胞溶血率降低。通过邻苯三酚在碱性条件下自氧化的试验,提示银耳多糖对邻苯三酚自氯化反应没有抑制作用。
The effect of superoxide anion radical (O 2 ) produced by auto-oxidation of pyrogallol under alkaline conditions on the red blood cell membrane was used as a model to study the protective effect of Tremella Polysaccharides on erythrocyte membrane. The results showed that the polysaccharides of Tremella fuciformis had anti-oxidation effect on the erythrocyte membrane, and the cross-linking effect of the membrane proteins was reduced. The fluidity of the membranes became normal and the hemolysis rate of red blood cells decreased. The autoxidation of pyrogallol under alkaline conditions suggested that Tremella Polysaccharides had no inhibitory effect on pyrochlorination of pyrogallol.
