介绍了四台矿调斜开采工艺的研究,减少了搬家次数,提高了煤炭资源的回收率,延长了工作面的服务时间,缓解了衔接紧张的局面。主要对同煤集团四台矿的概况、调斜开采技术、工作面的形成原因、调斜开采前的准备工作、旋转开采工艺、调斜开采注意事项、存在问题、工作面尾出口顶板安全管理措施、转弯皮带装置的优点等方面进行了阐述。总结了综采面调斜开采在生产过程中应采取的有效的安全技术措施,为类似工作面的生产提供借鉴和宝贵经验。
This paper introduces the research on the reclaimed inclined mining technology of Sitai Mine, reduces the frequency of moving, increases the recovery rate of coal resources, extends the working time of the working face and alleviates the tension of convergence.
