β-连接素是一种细胞骨架蛋白,具有信号传导和细胞粘附两大功能。β-连接素过度表达而干扰P53的降解,从而导致P53的蓄积。正常的P53基因是一种抑癌基因,而它的突变则是一种癌基因,可引起癌痛。本实验采用免疫组化方法,探讨结直肠癌组织中的β-连接素和P53的表达。
Beta-catenin is a cytoskeletal protein with two functions of signal transduction and cell adhesion. Beta-catenin is overexpressed and interferes with the degradation of P53, resulting in the accumulation of P53. The normal P53 gene is a tumor suppressor gene, and its mutation is an oncogene that causes cancer pain. In this study, we used immunohistochemistry to investigate the expression of β-catenin and P53 in colorectal cancer tissues.
