目的 :研究大鼠内关穴注射肾上腺素对血流动力学参数和血浆肾上腺素含量的影响。方法 :采用直接插管、微机测取血流动力学指标法以及高效液相色谱法测定血浆肾上腺素含量。结果 :内关穴注射肾上腺素后 ,血压迅速上升 ,反映心肌收缩性能的dp/dt max,Vpm和 Vmax等指标增大 ,药理效应与静脉给药相似 ,而血浆肾上腺素浓度明显低于静脉给药组 ( P<0 .0 1)。结论 :内关穴可能存在接受与传递肾上腺素信息的中介物质和途径。
Objective: To study the effects of epinephrine injection on the hemodynamic parameters and plasma adrenaline content in Neiguan injection. Methods: Direct cannula, computerized hemodynamics index method and high performance liquid chromatography were used to determine plasma adrenaline content. Results: After injection of epinephrine, the blood pressure increased rapidly in Neiguan acupoint. The indexes of dp / dt max, Vpm and Vmax which reflected the myocardial contractility increased. The pharmacological effect was similar to that of intravenous injection, while the concentration of plasma adrenaline was lower than that of intravenous injection Medicine group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Neiguan may exist intermediary substances and pathways to receive and transmit epinephrine information.
