螺旋CT在骨折诊断中的价值已日益受到临床和影像学方面的重视[1~4],螺旋CT后处理技术使图像由单一的横断二维发展为多维的、多角度的、甚至动态观察的图像,为临床的治疗提供了重要的依据。我们将螺旋CT及目前常用的图像后处理技术应用于外伤骨折,旨在探讨重建技术在骨折诊断方面的应用价值。现将我院自2004.5~2006.10收集的58例病例报告如下。
