我厂用高强度合金钢做的零件很多;这些零件都是带孔的,不但精度要求高,而且要经过热处理,使它的强度达到6b=140~160公斤/公厘~2。这种零件的孔,如果用合金工具钢或高速钢刀具加工,刀具使用寿命不但短,而且也达不到精度要求。为此,我厂采用了硬质合金结构的铰刀(硬质合金的牌号为T_(15)K_3),以高速切削的方法来加工内孔,生产效率比一般铰刀提高5~10倍,孔的精度可达3~2级,表面光洁度为9~10。铰刀的结构如附图所示。
