磷酸二甲酯和磷酸二乙酯是典型的有机磷农药代谢型生物标志物。基于二烷基磷酸酯与二苯基重氮甲烷的作用,建立了一种用光纤光谱方法快速检测有机磷农药代谢型生物标志物的新方法。分别优化了反应介质、时间和温度等试验参数对该检测体系的影响。结果表明,在1.0μg/mL~40μg/mL范围内的磷酸二甲酯和磷酸二乙酯与光信号呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.25μg/mL和0.23μg/mL.方法具有操作简便,分析速度快和灵敏度高等特点,我们应用于尿液的分析。
Dimethyl phosphate and diethyl phosphate are typical organophosphorus pesticide metabolic biomarkers. Based on the interaction between dialkylphosphates and diphenyldiazomethane, a new method for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide metabolite biomarkers by optical fiber spectroscopy was established. The influence of test parameters such as reaction medium, time and temperature on the test system were optimized respectively. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between optical density and dimethyl phosphate and diethyl phosphate in the range of 1.0μg / mL ~ 40μg / mL with the detection limits (S / N = 3) of 0.25μg / mL and 0.23μg / mL. The method has the advantages of simple operation, fast analysis and high sensitivity. We applied it to the analysis of urine.
