病例:患者,男:8岁,因先天性尿道下裂前来就医。患者阴茎极度弯曲,腹侧皮肤明显短缺,尿道口虽位于冠状沟内,但即已与阴囊紧邻。勃起时阴茎弯曲更为明显,向腹侧呈90度角,将阴囊皮肤提起也不能略微伸直。排尿时尿流向下,故不能站立排尿。
Case: Patient, male: 8 years old, came for medical treatment due to congenital hypospadias. Patients with extreme bending of the penis, ventral skin was significantly shortened, although the urethra in the coronary sulcus, but that is close to the scrotum. Erectile penile curvature more pronounced to the ventral 90 degree angle, the scrotum skin lift can not be slightly straightened. Urine flow down urination, it can not stand urination.
