1 配变及低压电网的接地装置。符合标准的接地装置能有效地保证人身安全,供用电设备正常工作,能使雷电流顺利泄人大地,避免雷击损坏电气设备。国标、行业标准对各类接地装置的阻值、使用材料、施工工艺等均有详细规定。但由于在一般情况下,其阻值不符合要求并不影响供、用电,使人们忽视了它的重要性,明知阻值不符合要求也不作处理。我县这几年每年烧坏的变压器在80~130台之间,约占全县配变台数的10%~15%。其中大部分为雷击所致,足可以说明问题的严重性。农网建设、改造中应按标准搞好
