2005年5月欧盟迎来了10个新的加盟国,同年10月签订了“欧洲宪法”(Constitution for欧盟rope),欧洲即将面临着新的、巨大的变革。但是从经济发展方面看,整个区域内经济增长率依然一直处于平均1%的低迷状态,经济发展并不乐观。2005年,原油价格可能继续上升,美国、中国等其他国家的经济增长率可能趋于缓慢,在这种背景下欧洲经济前景如何,令世人瞩目。本文将以欧洲经济、特别是以欧盟经济为中心,探讨其2005年的发展前景。
