为了充分利用废旧橡胶,减轻其对环境造成的负担,并改善普通橡胶沥青自身的缺陷,介绍了一种由生物油进行改性的新型路面材料——生物油改性橡胶沥青。综述了生物油改性橡胶沥青及其混合料的制备过程和性能分析,指出未来进一步的研究方向。现有研究表明,将生物油加入到普通橡胶沥青中能够缓解其粘度的增加,降低橡胶沥青的生产温度,从而减少工厂燃料消耗和废气排放。此外,生物油改性橡胶沥青的剪切敏感性和温度敏感性与普通橡胶沥青相比都有所降低,从而提高了路面性能。生物油改性橡胶沥青混合料的水稳定性和抵抗疲劳开裂的性能均满足规范要求,高温稳定性和低温抗裂性优于普通沥青混合料。生物油对橡胶沥青的改性效果良好,未来发展前景十分广阔,为在我国铺面工程中的研究应用提供参考。
In order to make full use of waste rubber, reduce its environmental burden and improve the defects of common rubber asphalt, a new type of pavement material modified by bio-oil, bio-oil modified rubber asphalt is introduced. The preparation process and performance analysis of bio-oil-modified rubber asphalt and its mixtures were reviewed, pointing out the future research direction. Existing research shows that the addition of bio-oil to ordinary rubber asphalt can reduce its viscosity and reduce the production temperature of rubber asphalt to reduce the fuel consumption and exhaust emissions of the factory. In addition, the shear sensitivity and temperature sensitivity of bio-oil-modified rubber asphalt decreased compared with ordinary rubber asphalt, thereby improving the pavement performance. Bio-oil modified rubber asphalt mixture's water stability and resistance to fatigue cracking performance meet the specifications, high temperature stability and low temperature crack resistance is superior to ordinary asphalt mixture. Bio-oil modified rubber asphalt good effect, the future development prospects are very broad, in order to provide reference for the study and application of pavement engineering in our country.
