目的:探讨血站质量负责人在采供血质量管理中的作用及资质要求,从而提高血液质量管理,确保血液质量安全。方法:从打造血站质量文化、加强内部沟通、严格监督考评等方面探讨质量负责人在采供血质量管理中如何履行职责,确保质量体系有效实施和持续改进。结果:目前我站工作有制度,考评有机制,操作有规范,环节有监督,质量体系保持有效运行。4年来,未发生一起采供血服务及医疗纠纷。结论:质量负责人在采供血质量管理中起着十分重要的作用,血液质量管理的好坏与质量负责人有直接关系,质量负责人只要注重方法、方式、敢管、善管,能有效提高采供血质量管理水平,保证血液安全;质量负责人入选资质,除符合《血站质量管理规范》要求外,应由采供血单位的班子成员担任。
Objective: To investigate the role and qualifications of blood-responsible persons in the quality control of blood collection and delivery to improve blood quality management and ensure blood quality and safety. Methods: From the aspects of building a blood culture quality, strengthening internal communication, and strictly supervising and appraising, etc., we should explore how quality leaders should perform their duties in the quality control of blood collection and delivery, and ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the quality system. Results: At present, I work station system, evaluation mechanism, operation norms, links are supervised, the quality system to maintain effective operation. In the past four years, no blood collection service and medical dispute occurred. Conclusion: The person in charge of quality plays a very important role in the quality control of blood collection and delivery. The quality of blood management is directly related to the person in charge of quality. The person in charge of quality can effectively improve as long as the method, mode, daring and good management are emphasized Quality of blood collection and management, to ensure blood safety; quality of the selected qualifications, in addition to meet the “blood quality management practices” requirements, the team should take the blood supply unit as a member.
