本文采用文献调研的方法,通过对CNKI数据库进行检索,选取了2006年-2012年期间在全国范围内有一定影响的含麻黄碱类复方制剂涉毒案件六件,重点分析其药品来源和药监部门对案件的处理情况。并结合目前对含麻黄碱类复方制剂的监管现状和法律法规现状,思考监管对策。 In this paper, the literature research methods, through the CNKI database retrieval, selected during the period of 2006 - 2012 in the country have a certain influence on the compound containing ephedrine drug-related cases of six, focusing on analysis of their sources of drugs and Drug Administration Department of the handling of the case. Combined with the current regulatory status of ephedrine-containing compound preparations and the status quo of laws and regulations, consider regulatory measures.
