本文研究了白芷中欧前胡素的薄层色谱扫描测定法。此法简便、迅速、结果可靠。变异系数为1.6%,且其他成分对欧前胡素的测定无影响。本文还对不同产地白芷中欧前胡素的含量进行了比较测定。结果湖北产白芷欧前胡素含量最高。 In this paper, the thin-layer chromatography scanning method for the determination of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica was studied. This method is simple, rapid and reliable. The coefficient of variation was 1.6%, and the other components had no effect on the determination of imperatorin. In this paper, the content of imperatorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba from different origins was also measured and compared. Results The content of imperatorin in Hubei was the highest.
