改革开放以来,非正规就业为中国庞大的城镇失业人口、流动人口及过剩的农村劳动力提供了生存空间,由此我国就业模式也发生了深刻变化。对于规模见长的城市非正规就业,外来劳动力是主体。因此,笔者深入两个外来人口集聚地,就来沪农民工的就业状态组织了一次问卷调查,本文是调查结果及相关分析。了解农民工非正规就业的状况及他们的诉求,对于城市管理者制定和实施相关政策,使非正规就业得以健康发展是很有帮助的。 Since the reform and opening up, informal employment has provided a living space for China's huge urban unemployed population, the floating population and surplus rural labor force. As a result, profound changes have taken place in China's employment pattern. Migrant workers are the mainstay of urban informal employment. Therefore, the author in-depth two foreign population centers, on the employment status of migrant workers in Shanghai organized a questionnaire survey, this article is the survey results and related analysis. Understanding the status of informal employment of migrant workers and their appeals is helpful for urban managers to formulate and implement relevant policies so that informal employment can develop healthily.
