以葡萄品种“巨峰”和“美人指”为试材,对葡萄霜霉病菌孢子囊形成和离体萌发的适宜条件进行了研究。结果表明:20℃黑暗、湿度100%并加入2%乳糖为葡萄霜霉病菌孢子囊形成的最适条件;葡萄霜霉病菌孢子囊悬浮液经4℃低温刺激0.5h,用2%乳糖置于15℃黑暗条件下培养,孢子囊萌发率最高。
Grape varieties “Jufeng” and “Mei Ren Zhi” were used as materials to study the suitable conditions for sporulation and in vitro germination of Plasmopara viticola. The results showed that the optimum conditions for the formation of spore sacs of Plasmopara viticola were 20% darkness, 100% humidity and 2% lactose. The spore suspension of Plasmopara viticola was stimulated at 4 ℃ for 0.5 h with 2% lactose 15 ℃ dark conditions, the highest spore germination rate.
