目的:评价甘氨双唑钠的一般生殖毒性。方法:采用Ⅰ段生殖毒性试验。设0,33.3,100.0和300.0mg/kg4个组。雄性ICR小鼠交配前经腹腔注射连续给药60d,雌性小鼠交配前经皮下注射连续给药14d,然后继续给药至哺乳期结束。结果:各剂量组给药期间对雄性小鼠体质量增长有不同程度的影响,其中高剂量组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;中、高剂量组睾丸质量增加;各剂量组附睾精子数均降低,精子活动度也有不同程度的下降,但对生育率无明显影响,睾丸组织也未见明显的病理改变。结论:在受试剂量下,该药对雄鼠有一定的生殖毒性,但对生育率和雌鼠生殖功能以及子代无明显影响
Objective: To evaluate the general reproductive toxicity of glycididazole sodium. Method: The reproductive toxicity test of stage Ⅰ was adopted.
