目的:研究人脑胶质瘤CT有增强效应区域的微血管构筑和机理。方法:采用透射、扫描、冷冻蚀刻等多种电镜技术,对人脑胶质瘤内微血管构筑进行详细的观察。结果:CT显示有增强效应区域的微血管无论在分布、形态和组织结构方面都发生了明显改变。而在CT上无增强效应区的微血管结构大致和正常脑组织相似。结论:CT上有增强效应和无增强效应区域的微血管构筑有显著差别
OBJECTIVE: To study the microvascular architecture and mechanism of the enhanced effect region in CT of human brain glioma. Methods: Transmission electron microscopy, scanning, cryo-etching and other electron microscopy techniques were used to observe the microvascular architecture in human gliomas. RESULTS: The CT showed that there were significant changes in the distribution, morphology, and organization of microvessels in the area with enhanced effect. However, the microvascular structure in the non-enhancing region on CT is roughly similar to normal brain tissue. CONCLUSIONS: There are significant differences in the microvascular architecture in areas with enhanced and non-enhancing effects on CT.
