本文以NaHCO_3、Na_2CO_3、NaOH和NaOC_2H_5四种碱性递增的溶液为标准试剂,分别对浓HNO_3氧化处理不同时间的聚丙烯腈碳纤维样品进行了表面含氧官能团的测定,计算了表面酸碱性。同时采用扫描电镜对样品进行观测。实验结果表明,随氧化时间增加,样品表面的含氧官能团亦有增加,且酸性基团增加的幅度较大,但样品表而的粗糙程度却随氧化处理时间的增长而趋于平缓。
In this paper, alkaline solution of NaHCO 3, Na 2 CO 3, NaOH and NaOC 2 H 5 were used as standard reagents. The surface oxygen-containing functional groups of polyacrylonitrile-carbon fiber samples oxidized with concentrated HNO 3 were determined respectively. The surface acidity and basicity were calculated. At the same time, the samples were observed by SEM. The experimental results show that with the increase of oxidation time, the oxygen-containing functional groups on the sample surface also increase, and the increase of acidic groups is larger, but the roughness of the sample surface tends to be gentle with the increase of the oxidation treatment time.
