在MgO坩埚中于1600℃下进行了CaO=25~50%的CaO—MgO_(sat)—SiO_2—FeO_n(及少量MnO、Al_2O_3和CaF_2)渣系与铁液之间的L_p,平衡实验。通过多种回归方程的比较,得出该实验条件下磷平衡分配比的最佳表达式为 lg(%P)/[%P]=0.0491[(%CaO)+0.7(%MgO)]+2.5lg(%TFe)+0.5lg(%P_2O_5)-3.505 N=34,R=0.939,S=0.117其S值较Healy公式的(S±0.4)小。并且。(1)当[(%CaO)+0.7(%MgO)]/(%TFe)=2时,(%P)/[%P]值最大,(2)(%P)/[%P]随(%Fe_2O_3)/[(%Fe_2O_3)+[(%FeO)]的增大和(%SiO_2)的减少而增大的关系十分显著。从而提出生产中应控制(%TFe)=1/2[(%CaO)+0.7(%MgO)],提高(Fe_2O_3)含量和降低(SiO_2)含量。
The L_p equilibrium experiment between CaO-MgO_ (sat) -SiO_2-FeO_n (with a small amount of MnO, Al_2O_3 and CaF_2) slag and molten iron at CaO = 25 ~ 50% was carried out in a MgO crucible at 1600 ℃. Therefore, it is proposed that% TFe = 1/2 [(% CaO) +0.7 (% MgO)], increase (Fe_2O_3) and decrease (SiO_2) in production.
