具有电镀滑动层的铅青铜基三元轴承因其卓越的滑动性能数十年来一直用作高负荷发动机曲轴的标准轴承,大量的实践证明它的性能优良可靠。随着要求的不断提高,必须要有更硬和更耐磨的滑动层,一方面通过开发新的电镀工艺,另一方面通过采用物理涂覆工艺已使这种滑动层成为可能。于是Federal Mogul/Glyco公司的喷镀轴承便应运而生。
Lead bronze-based ternary bearings with electroplated sliding layers have been used as standard bearings for high-load engine crankshafts for decades due to their excellent sliding properties, and proven performance is excellent. As requirements continue to increase, there is a need for harder and more wear-resistant sliding layers that have been made possible by the development of new electroplating processes on the one hand and the physical coating process on the other. So Federal Mogul / Glyco’s aerodynamic bearings came into being.
