由于环境的改变以及人类的酷渔滥捕活动,鲟鱼资源己受到了严重的破坏,有些种类己濒临灭绝。运用人工养殖的鲟鱼亲本繁殖制种是保护鲟鱼物种、恢复鲟鱼资源的有效方法。我国鲟鱼人工繁殖研究起步较晚,大约开始于上世纪80年代初期。研究的范围相对较小,见于报道的仅有中华鲟、史氏鲟野生个体人工催产、孵化等方面的研究工作。2001年我们利用人工培育的匙吻鲟亲本进行了人工催产与孵化,得苗11.9万尾,在国内首次获得匙吻鲟全程人工繁殖成功。2002年利用去年催产过的亲鱼再次催产并获得成功。
Sturgeon resources have been severely damaged due to environmental changes and human overfishing, and some species are on the verge of extinction. The use of artificially breeding sturgeon parental breeding is to protect sturgeon species, an effective method to restore sturgeon resources. Researches on artificial breeding of sturgeon in our country started relatively late, beginning from the early 1980s. The scope of the study is relatively small, as seen in the reports of only Chinese sturgeon, Sturgeon sturgeon wild artificial hatching, hatching and other aspects of research work. In 2001, we used artificially induced paddlefish sturgeon to hatch and artificially produce 119,000 seedlings, making it the first time in China that artificial breeding of paddlefish was successful. In 2002, the use of broodstock that was rehydrated last year was again induced and succeeded.
