我国中小企业的客户关系管理存在种种问题,阻碍了企业的顺利发展。为此,中小企业需要采取树立以客户为中心的理念、加强企业规范管理、建立详细的客户资料、大力培养高层次人才等措施,才能够逐步提高客户关系管理水平,促进企业顺利发展。
There are various problems in the management of customer relationship in SMEs in China, hindering the smooth development of the company. Therefore, SMEs need to adopt customer-centric concepts, strengthen enterprise standard management, establish detailed customer data, and vigorously cultivate high-level talents, so as to gradually improve the level of customer relationship management and promote the smooth development of the enterprise.
