如今,传统版权的制度遭受前所未有的挑战,版权拥有者与版权实际使用者之间的矛盾日益升级。本文主要从版权在数字化图书馆背景下遭受的挑战,提出平衡好各方利益措施的建议,以期更好地促进版权问题的解决朝着良性的道路上发展。 Nowadays, the system of traditional copyright suffers the unprecedented challenge, the contradiction between copyright owner and actual user of copyright is escalating day by day. This paper mainly puts forward the suggestion of balancing the interests of all parties from the challenge of copyright in the context of digital library in order to better promote the development of copyright on the benign road.
