目的 体外观察5-氟脲嘧啶及丝裂霉素合用对人胃癌细胞株(SGc-7901)的相互作用。方法 采用MTT法利用中效原理判定两药合用的效果。结果 两种药单独应用时随着药物剂量增加,其效应也增加;两药大剂量(大于中效剂量)合用时是协同作用(CI<1),小剂量(小于中效剂量)合用时是拮抗作用(CI>1);两药给药时间次序不同不会影响效应大小。结论 上述两种药合用大剂量是协同小剂量拮抗,且效应大小与给药时间次序无关。
Objective To observe the interaction of 5-fluorouracil and mitomycin C on human gastric cancer cell line (SGc-7901) in vitro. Methods MTT method was used to determine the effect of the combined use of the two drugs. Results When the two drugs were applied alone, their effects increased with the increase of drug dose; when the two drugs were in large doses (greater than the median dose), they were synergistic (CI<1), and when the two doses were combined (less than the median dose), they were Antagonism (CI>1); different time sequence of the two drugs does not affect the effect size. Conclusion The high dose of the above two drugs combined is a synergistic low-dose antagonism, and the effect size has nothing to do with the order of administration.
