目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定山香圆片中女贞苷和野漆树苷的含量。方法:使用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.5%磷酸(43∶57),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长336nm,柱温为30℃。结果:女贞苷、野漆树苷浓度分别在14.2~170μg·mL-1和7.24~86.9μg·mL-1范围内,线性关系良好;平均回收率(n=6)分别为101.2%和101.3%,RSD分别为1.2%和1.7%。结论:本法简便、准确,重复性好,可为山香圆片的质量控制提供实验依据。
OBJECTIVE: To simultaneously determine the content of argiside and rhoifolin in Shanxiang Tablets by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: A Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid (43:57), flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1, detection wavelength 336 nm, and column temperature 30°C. Results: The concentrations of arbutin and rhodanin were in the range of 14.2 to 170 μg·mL-1 and 7.24 to 86.9 μg·mL-1, respectively, with good linearity; the average recoveries (n=6) were 101.2% and 101.3%, respectively. RSD was 1.2% and 1.7% respectively. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can provide experimental basis for the quality control of Shanxiang wafer.
