建立了HPLC法测定脂降宁片中的丹参素、绿原酸、葛根素、二苯乙烯苷和橙黄决明素。采用C_(18)色谱柱,以0.1%磷酸-甲醇-乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长286 nm。丹参素、绿原酸、葛根素、二苯乙烯苷和橙黄决明素分别在4.9~157.8、1.4~443.6、8.1~258.6、4.5~144.9和1.1~352μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为96.5%、98.2%、97.2%、95.9%和96.0%,RSD分别为0.94%、1.64%、0.68%、1.98%和0.72%。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of Danshensu, chlorogenic acid, puerarin, stilbene glycoside and orange Huang Ding Jinsu. The mobile phase was C_ (18) column and eluted with 0.1% phosphoric acid-methanol-acetonitrile as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 286 nm. Salvia miltiorrhiza, chlorogenic acid, puerarin, stilbene glycoside and orange Huang Sedrin were good linearity in the range of 4.9 ~ 157.8, 1.4 ~ 443.6, 8.1 ~ 258.6, 4.5 ~ 144.9 and 1.1 ~ 352μg / The recoveries were 96.5%, 98.2%, 97.2%, 95.9% and 96.0%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.94%, 1.64%, 0.68%, 1.98% and 0.72%, respectively.
