近年来，关于胃肠道间质瘤的研究已有了新的进展。大量研究证明其来源于消化道间叶组织具有多向分化潜能的细胞，部分具有平滑肌、神经、伴或不伴有双向分化。目前肿瘤的命名已逐渐统一。本文收集２０例胃肠道间质瘤，进行免疫组化表型分析。探讨其临床病理特征。１材料与方法
In recent years, there have been new advances in the study of gastrointestinal stromal tumors. A large number of studies have shown that they originate from cells with multi-differentiation potential in the gastrointestinal mesenchymal tissue, partly with smooth muscle, nerves, with or without bidirectional differentiation. At present, the naming of tumors has been gradually unified. This article collected 20 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumors, immunohistochemical phenotype analysis.
