采用1∶500,1∶1 000,1∶2 000的烟水和干馏液处理栝楼种子,研究其对栝楼种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。研究结果表明,不同浓度烟水和干馏液处理后,栝楼种子萌发率、萌发势和萌发指数这3项指标均显著增加,且1∶2 000浓度处理增加幅度较大。随烟水和干馏液处理浓度的降低,栝楼种子α-淀粉酶活性升高;SOD活性无显著性变化;1∶2 000浓度烟水和干馏液处理后,POD活性显著升高;CAT活性表现出显著的低浓度升高而高浓度降低的趋势;1∶1 000和1∶2 000浓度的烟水和干馏液处理显著促进栝楼幼苗的生长;随着烟水和干馏液浓度增加,叶绿素含量逐渐降低,但仍旧高于对照组。研究结果证实1∶2 000浓度的烟水和干馏液可以促进栝楼种子萌发和幼苗生长,这为探索栝楼种子催芽技术提供了参考资料。
The seed of Semen House was treated with 1: 500, 1: 1000, 1: 2 000 soot and dry distillate to study its effect on the seed germination and seedling growth of Setrine building. The results showed that the seed germination rate, germination vigor and germination index increased significantly after treated with different concentrations of water and dry distillate, and the treatment with 1: 2 000 concentration increased significantly. With the decrease of the concentration of the treated tobacco smoke and dry distillate, the α-amylase activity increased, the activity of SOD did not change significantly. The activity of POD increased significantly after treated with 1: 2 000 water and dry distillate. The CAT activity 1 and 1: 2 000 concentrations of tobacco water and dry distillate significantly promote the growth of S. milletia seedlings; with the concentration of tobacco water and dry distillate increased, Chlorophyll content gradually decreased, but still higher than the control group. The results showed that the concentration of 1: 2 000 in the concentration of smoke and dry distillate can promote the seed germination and seedling floor growth, which provides a reference to explore the seed germination techniques.
