目的 通过观察异氟烷对大鼠皮层、海马及脊髓氨基酸类递质含量的影响,从在体水平探讨异氟烷麻醉作用的可能机制。方法16只SD大鼠随机分2组,A组吸入1MAC异氟烷30min后,取皮质、海马及脊髓并测定其递质含量。B组除不吸异氟烷外均同A组。结果 与B组比,A组皮层、海马的Asp、Glu含量降低;而海马、脊髓的Gly含量则增高。结论 异氟烷可能通过抑制中枢系统兴奋性氨基酸突触传递增强抑制性氨基酸突触传导而产生麻醉作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of isoflurane on the content of amino acid neurotransmitters in the cortex, hippocampus and spinal cord of rats, and to explore the possible mechanism of isoflurane anesthesia at the level of body. Methods Sixteen SD rats were randomly divided into two groups. In group A, inhaled 1 MAC isoflurane for 30 min. The cortex, hippocampus and spinal cord were taken and the contents of neurotransmitters were determined. In addition to not inhaling isoflurane group B except the same A group. Results Compared with group B, the content of Asp and Glu in cortex and hippocampus of group A decreased, while the content of Gly in hippocampus and spinal cord increased. Conclusion Isoflurane may induce anesthesia by inhibiting the synaptic transmission of inhibitory amino acids by inhibiting the synaptic transmission of excitatory amino acids in the central nervous system.
