以十二烷基硫酸钠和正戊醇为复合乳化剂,配制了含有N-丁基马来酰亚胺(NBMI)和苯乙烯(St)的水包油型微乳液。用过硫酸钾引发该体系进行微乳液共聚合,考察了单体配比对共聚物组成、玻璃化转变温度和特性粘数的影响,同时用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱和热重法等对共聚物进行了表征。结果表明,当单体NBMI摩尔分率(f_1)在一定范围内(f_1=0.40~0.70)变化时,用微乳液聚合法制备的NBMI/St具有交替共聚结构,所合成的共聚物具有良好的耐热性能。
An oil-in-water microemulsion containing N-butyl maleimide (NBMI) and styrene (St) was prepared by using sodium lauryl sulfate and n-pentyl alcohol as emulsifier. The effect of monomer ratio on the composition, glass transition temperature and intrinsic viscosity of the copolymer was investigated by using potassium persulfate. The effects of monomer ratio on IR, NMR and TGA Copolymers were characterized. The results showed that NBMI / St prepared by microemulsion polymerization had an alternating copolymerization structure when the mole fraction of monomer NBMI (f_1) was varied within a certain range (f 1 = 0.40 ~ 0.70). The synthesized copolymer had good Heat resistance.
