甘油酯的液相色谱分析,有过一些文献报道,我们由于合成油脂研究的需要,对中碳链甘油酯的分析进行了初步工作。用k-1键合型ODS、12cm×φ5mm柱,示差检测器,甲醇流动相,6分钟内分离了C_8—C_(10)偶碳酸酯和C_9—C_(11)奇碳酸酯,柱效为40000理论塔片/米;用k-l吸附型硅胶、10cm×φ5mm柱,示差检测器,己烷-乙酸乙酯(70:30)流动相,4分钟内分离了甘油一、二、三正辛酸酯,柱效为50000理论塔片/米;用归一化法定量中碳链甘油酯、相对误差约±3%,这就提供了一个用国产k-l型柱分析甘油酯的
Liquid chromatography analysis of glycerides has been reported in some literatures. Due to the need of research on synthetic fats, the preliminary work on the analysis of medium-chain glycerides has been carried out. C_8-C_ (10) carbonate and C_9-C_ (11) carbonate were separated in 6 minutes using k-1 bonded ODS, 12cm × φ5mm column, differential detector and methanol mobile phase. 40000 theoretical plate / meter; with kl adsorbent silica gel, 10cm × φ5mm column, differential detector, hexane - ethyl acetate (70:30) mobile phase, separated within four minutes glycerin mono-, Ester, column efficiency of 50,000 theoretical tower / meter; normalization method to quantify medium-chain glycerides, the relative error of about ± 3%, which provides a domestic kl-type column for the analysis of glycerides
