我单位在铣床加工直齿圆锥齿轮时,通常采用的是传统的三刀法加工,用的刀具也是刃具厂家生产的国家标准的三刀法盘形铣刀。用三刀法加工直齿圆锥齿轮时,当找好工件中心加工到齿的切削深度后,还要进行左右偏移,把大端多余的部分铣去,才能达到齿的厚度要求。这样的加工方法既费时间又不容易保证齿的中心,还可能出现倒齿,特别是初学铣床的操作者更不容易掌握好左右偏移量
