为寻求防治飞蝗的高效、低毒农药,在室内毒力测定技术的基础上,通过室内配方筛选试验,将氟虫脲与甲维盐进行复配,对飞蝗3龄蝗蝻进行室内生物测定。结果表明,氟虫脲与甲维盐以有效成分8∶1复配对飞蝗杀虫活性最高,共毒系数达528.6,增效作用显著。以有效成分复配成2.7%混剂进行田间笼罩药效试验,2.7%氟虫脲.甲维盐速效性与持效性均优于单剂,与单剂进行差异显著性比较,具0.05的显著性差异和0.01的显著性差异水平。防后第8天飞蝗的死亡率达96.9%,可作为替代高毒农药的优良药种。
In order to find a highly effective and low toxicity pesticide for the control of locust, on the basis of indoor toxicological assay, through indoor screening test, flufenoxuron was mixed with carbaryl to determine indoor bioassay of 3rd instar locust . The results showed that the insecticidal activity of flufenoxuron and carbaryl was the highest with the active ingredient 8: 1, the co-toxicity coefficient reached 528.6, and the synergism was significant. 2.7% fluticasone was mixed with the active ingredient in a mixed dose of 2.7% for field efficacy test. The quick-acting and the sustained-acting efficacies of carbaryl were better than those of the single agent, Significant difference and 0.01 significant difference level. On the 8th day after the death, the mortality of migratory locusts reached 96.9%, which can be used as an excellent alternative to highly toxic pesticides.
