能源总厂冷轧水处理车间过滤器组原反洗方式按直排水方式设计,与新增的反洗水就地回用系统不相适应,影响其连续运行和水质达标,降低了反洗水回用率。修改了冷轧水处理车间各个水站的过滤器组全自动反洗控制程序,增加了定时启动功能,并可控制反洗台数和反洗总时间长度,实现了单台过滤器反洗间隔可调,使过滤和反洗时间与反洗就地回用处理能力相匹配,提高反洗水处理系统运行的连续性和稳定性,提高了用水循环率,降低了新水消耗。
