目的:采用反相离子对色谱法测定枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾的含量。方法:采用Venusil XBP C18色谙柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙睛-缓冲液(20∶80),其中缓冲液由0.020 mol·L-1磷酸氢二钠,0.010 mol·L-1正四丁基氯化铵和1 ml·L-1三乙胺(用氢氧化钠调pH至7.0)组成,检测波长为215 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温25℃,进样量20μl。结果:枸橼酸钾在406.4~1 422.4μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为99.74%(RSD=1.42%,n=9)。结论:本方法操作简便,专属性强,准确高,重复性好,可用于枸橼酸钾溶液中枸橼酸钾的含量测定。
Objective: To determine potassium citrate content in potassium citrate solution by reversed-phase ion-pair chromatography. Methods: Venusil XBP C18 colorimetric column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-buffer (20:80), buffer consisted of 0.020 mol·L -1 disodium hydrogen phosphate, L-1 n-tetrabutylammonium chloride and 1 ml·L-1 triethylamine (adjusted to pH 7.0 with sodium hydroxide) at a detection wavelength of 215 nm with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1 and a column temperature of 25 ℃, injection volume 20μl. Results: Potassium citrate showed good linearity (r = 0.999 6) in the range of 406.4-1 422.4 μg · ml-1 with an average recovery of 99.74% (RSD = 1.42%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the determination of potassium citrate in potassium citrate solution.
