技术创新是一个国家和地区经济发展、社会进步的不竭动力,发明专利又是衡量技术创新能力的重要指标。选取2000~2015年河南省专利申请量、R&D投入等相关数据,构建VAR模型,运用协整检验、脉冲响应函数和方差分解,实证分析河南省R&D经费、R&D活动人员与专利申请量之间的关系。研究表明,河南省R&D经费投入与技术创新之间存在显著的长期均衡关系,上期R&D经费投入对本期技术创新也有一定的促进作用;R&D活动人员对技术创新的影响具有滞后性。
Technological innovation is an inexhaustible motive force for economic development and social progress in a country and a region. Invention patents are also an important measure of technological innovation capability. Select the relevant data of Henan Province patent application, R & D investment and other data from 2000 to 2015, construct VAR model, use cointegration test, impulse response function and variance decomposition, to analyze empirically Henan Province R & D expenditure, R & D activity personnel and patent application quantity relationship. The research shows that there is a significant long-term equilibrium relationship between R & D expenditure and technological innovation in Henan Province. The R & D expenditure in the previous period also contributed to the technological innovation in this period. The influence of R & D personnel on technological innovation lags behind.
