为探索钢渣水渣用于路面基层材料的可能性,首先测试钢渣基本性能,优选钢渣级配并辅以碎石,以击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、间接抗拉试验、稳定性试验和抗冲刷性能测试,研究钢渣作为基层材料的各项力学性能与指标。以规范对基层材料的要求分析钢渣混合料各项性能,为钢渣与水渣应用于路面基层材料做理论储备。
In order to explore the possibility of steel slag used as pavement base material, the basic properties of steel slag were firstly tested, the steel slag gradation was optimized with the help of crushed stone, compaction test, unconfined compressive strength test, indirect tensile test, stability Test and anti-scouring performance test to study the mechanical properties and indexes of steel slag as the basic material. In order to standardize the requirements of grass-roots materials, the properties of steel slag mixture were analyzed, and the theoretical reserves of steel slag and water slag for pavement base material were made.
