支腿是保证轮胎起重机进行稳定作业的关键部件之一,支腿液压缸的质量好坏直接影响起重机的工作性能。对大吨位港口轮胎起重机支腿液压缸出现的故障进行理论分析并将液压缸解体,找出故障原因,针对故障原因对液压缸导向套的结构形式进行改进,改进后的结构有利于加工及安装,达到设计任务书要求,批量投产后未出现任何问题,为开发新品液压缸提供参考。
