本文研究了对硫磷、乐果、敌敌畏、稻瘟净等四种常用有机磷农药对聚氟乙烯、T09—17、G04—6、C04—2等四种有机涂层的腐蚀行为:研究了上述农药在不同浓度不同温度下对涂层腐蚀形态与腐蚀程度的影响。为了能比较客观地评价涂层腐蚀状况,提出了有机涂层耐农药腐蚀性能评级定量化计算方法,并据此对试验结果作了处理,画出了各种条件下涂层腐蚀计分曲线图。通过对这些图的比较分析,提出了一些有用的结论。
In this paper, four common organic phosphorus pesticides such as parathion, dimethoate, dichlorvos and rice blast were used to study the corrosion behavior of four organic coatings of polyvinyl fluoride, T09-17, G04-6 and C04-2. The above-mentioned pesticides at different concentrations and temperatures of the coating corrosion morphology and corrosion degree. In order to evaluate the corrosion status of the coating more objectively, a quantitative method to evaluate the corrosion resistance of the organic coating against pesticides was put forward. Based on this, the test results were processed and the corrosion score curve of the coating under various conditions . Through the comparative analysis of these figures, some useful conclusions are put forward.
