When Drucker, a world-renowned management consultant, engaged in business consulting and diagnostics, the situation was always the same: After the two sides are settled, the employer will always ask a lot of questions to Drucker. At this time, Drucker always pushed these questions away and said to the employer, “What is your most wanted thing?” “What are you doing?” “What are you doing now? ”Why are you doing this?“ Drucker will not replace employers to ”solve problems,“ but ”defining problems" for employers. He changed the question asked by the employer and asked a series of questions to ask the employer. The purpose was to help the employer identify the problem, identify the problem, and then let the employer do it themselves to solve the problems that need to be dealt with.
