起重机在工作过程中,可能会因为各种原因出现跑偏现象,尤其是大跨度(大于或者等于40m)的门式起重机和装卸桥,一旦出现跑偏而不能及时发现纠正,其后果将是难以估量的。为防止工作过程中出现偏斜和啃轨事故,应设置偏斜显示或者限制装置。为了保证偏斜限制装置有效可靠的工作,分析了可能导致起重机跑偏的原因,并设计了纠偏装置的自诊断功能,实现了纠偏装置的有效可靠工作。
