用30%PEG6000溶液浸泡大豆种子2天,可以促进萌发,增强幼苗长势,提高活力指数;在田间状况下:出苗率提高,齐苗期提早,苗期的株高与重量也有所增加。在不良环境条件下,应用渗透调控法对促进种子萌发的效果更为明显。经 PEG 处理的大豆种子,能提高耐低温和耐热能力,并具有一定的耐盐性,保持较高发芽率。PEG 渗调还有利于膜的修复与重建。
Soybean seeds were soaked with 30% PEG6000 solution for 2 days, which could promote germination, increase seedling growth and increase vigor index. In the field conditions, the emergence rate was increased, the Qi-seedling stage was earlier and the plant height and weight at seedling stage also increased. Under adverse environmental conditions, the application of osmotic adjustment method to promote seed germination more obvious. The PEG-treated soybean seeds, can improve low temperature and heat resistance, and has some salt tolerance, to maintain a higher germination rate. PEG osmosis is also conducive to membrane repair and reconstruction.
