The latest study by Oxford University found that eating fresh fruit every day has an alarming effect on human health. People who add strawberries, apples or watermelons to their daily diet have a 32% lower risk of dying than those who never eat fruit. This means that people who eat fruits every day are more likely to reach an average life expectancy, regardless of age, and are 40% less likely to die of a stroke and 27% less likely to die of heart disease.
