滚子链的链长和节距都是以滚子的同侧母线定义的,准确地测量链长和节距很重要。传统的测量方法是用游标卡尺测量。 1.游标卡尺测节距和链长用游标卡尺测量时,要在滚子中间压入两个木楔,并在测量之前,于被测链段两端施加测量予紧力,按标准规定取为Q/100(Q为该链条的极限拉伸载荷)。测量之后,计算出节距。这种测量方法的优点是简单,节省资金。其缺点是: (1)劳动强度大,测量精度不高,且工效低。 (2)测量接触滚子时需加木楔,木楔的楔角、压入力及楔所选用的木材种类不同,则通过滚子挤靠套筒的压力不同,造成测量误差。 (3)表1示出A系列节距p≤15.875mm
